I’ll forever be in awe of the power and beauty of this instrument. Understanding how the voice works doesn’t make singing less artistic—it gives us more freedom to play with it.
After more than 10 years teaching hundreds of singers—from complete beginners to professional performers—I’ve learned that singing isn’t something you’re simply “born with” or “lucky” enough to do. We can understand the voice, experiment with it, and build the skills to use it with greater freedom.
Your voice is one of the ways you take up space in the world. All of it.
